Welcome to Insta Bizmart. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Agreement & Scope

All projects are subject to a formal agreement or proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and deliverables. You can view our general pricing packages for reference. Any additional features outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.

2. Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid according to the schedule outlined in your specific service agreement. For subscription-based services, payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, all intellectual property rights for custom developed software, websites, and designs are transferred to the client. Insta Bizmart retains the right to use the completed project in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

4. Limitation of Liability

Insta Bizmart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
