Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Insta Bizmart, we strive to ensure our clients are completely satisfied with our automation software and digital services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed.

1. Software Subscriptions (SaaS)

Monthly Subscriptions: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service.

Annual Subscriptions: For annual plans, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

2. Custom Web Development & Agency Services

For custom services such as website development, bespoke CRM setups, and custom software:

• Before work begins: 100% refund of any deposit paid if you cancel before our team begins the project.
• During the project: If you choose to terminate the project after work has commenced, we will retain a portion of your deposit proportional to the work completed up to the date of cancellation.
• After completion: Once a custom project has been delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription or service, please log in to your Client Portal and navigate to the Billing section, or email our support team directly at hello@instabizmart.co.uk. Please include your account details and reason for cancellation.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
